Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: Users using the Databricks connector are unable to execute the Databricks.Query command and receive an error.

More info: To bypass impact, users can use Value.NativeQuery with Databricks.Catalogs instead of Databricks.Query to perform their native queries in Microsoft Power BI.

Final Update: 24/03/2025 05:18:00 AM – Microsoft’s have completed reverting the offending update and can confirm after a period of monitoring that impact has been resolved.

Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and users using the Databricks connector who are unable to execute the Databricks.Query command and are receiving an error are impacted.

Root cause: A recent update made to change a portion of code contains a defect which was resulting in impact.

Next Steps: Microsoft are reviewing their update procedures to better identify similar issues during our development and testing cycles.
