Information – Planned Infrastructure Upgrade

Please be aware, there is a planned infrastructure upgrade scheduled to start this coming weekend. The work being undertaken will begin at 19:00 on Tuesday 3rd September and it is anticipated this work will be complete by Sunday 15th September 2024.

This change is not expected to cause any disruption to end users use of the NHSmail platform, however, we would advise that each organisation familiarise themselves with their business continuity plans ahead of this time in case action is required.
