Issue Description: Users’ managed devices may have been unable to receive configurations, apps, and policies from Microsoft Intune.
More info: Additionally, affected devices may have been unable to receive updates to their configuration from Microsoft Intune, or their report compliance status.
Final Update: 09/04/2025 10:30:00 AM – Microsoft have successfully implemented the aforementioned fix and received confirmation from your representatives that impact is mitigated.
Scope of impact: Some users who are serviced by the affected infrastructure may have been impacted by this event.
Root cause: A recent change made to a portion of Microsoft Intune service infrastructure associated with device check-ins caused impact.
Next steps: Microsoft are analyzing their Microsoft Intune change processes and procedures, in order to help prevent this problem from happening again.
