Issue Description : Users” OME email sent from Exchange Online may be unable to be accessed by some recipients.
More Info : This issue affects users that are external to the organization of the user sending the message. The external user generates a One Time Passcode and is routed to the OME portal, but the site continuously loads.
Users receiving OME email messages from other users in the organization aren’t affected.
Final Update : 26/05/2023 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft have determined that a recent deployment contained issues that led to the CDN not delivering the scripts required for OME to work. They developed and deployed a fix and have confirmed via telemetry and customer report that impact is now remediated.
Scope of impact : Impact may occur for any of your users sending OME email messages through Exchange Online to some external users.
Root cause : A recent deployment contained issues that led to the CDN not delivering the scripts required for OME to work.
Next Steps : To help prevent similar impact in the future, Microsoft are further reviewing their deployment review and release protocols.
