SharePoint Site Usage Detail Report Providing Incomplete or Blank Data – PRB0218343

Issue description

We are aware of an issue with the SharePoint Site Usage Detail Report loading blank in Portal. Microsoft have acknowledged a problem that is causing SharePoint Site URLs to not display (Service Incident: SP676147). Site URLs are used within the Portal logic to generate the data within the Admin Report, therefore, without the URLs, the Portal data is not refreshed.

Microsoft have identified a root cause and have engineers working towards a resolution.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated under problem record PRB0218343.

This report can be manually generated excluding the SharePoint Site URLs so if Administrators require this data, we request they raise a Service Request with the helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) including the ODS Code/Organisation name. If Site URLs are required, then we apologise for the inconvenience and request users monitor the problem record for the latest updates coming soon.
