Issues with delegate users and shared mailbox permissions – PRB0171899

Issue description

We are aware of issues around users not being able to send emails from shared mailboxes and accounts that they have delegate access to if the mailbox is not appearing in their “permissions” tab in portal. This can also affect auto mapping in outlook meaning mailboxes users have access to will not automatically appear in OWA / Outlook.

Latest updates and guidance:

This is being investigated as part of problem record PRB0171899.

For now users can raise a ticket with the service desk to have the portal team manually add the permissions via the back-end.
