There is currently a known issue for distribution lists.
It has been discovered that when a distribution list is updated, there is an intermittent issue in which the previous version of the distribution list is saved in the Portal database and the a new version is created and it goes into pending. This tends to happen because Portal believes the distribution list addresses and their short names are being named the same rather than replacing the old version with the new changes. This can cause the distribution list to appear in pending or not all when searching in Portal.
Latest update and guidance
This issue is being investigated under PRB0176660.
Please raise a request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (email@example.com) for further assistance to get the previous version of the distribution list restored. Once successfully restored the initial change that was made to the distribution list will need performed again.
