Issue Detailed Description :
Guest users are not receiving the email for extension of access for further 180 days. As a result, the guest accounts are being deleted as user is not receiving notification of expiry of access.
Latest Update:
To avoid the guest accounts being deleted, LA’s can still approve the extension requests on the My Approvals page. If the request is approved, the guest account will not be deleted and the guest user will have a further 180 day extension to the platform. This issue is being investigated under PRB0165491.
