Exception Error received when making bulk updates

Issue description

We are aware of an exception error being received intermittently when Local Administrators attempt to make bulk changes to User policies and undertake certain activities.

Latest update and guidance

This issue is being investigated under PRB0183014

There is no workaround to prevent this exception error from occurring, however, re-trying after a few minutes can result in a successful transaction. This issue is caused by the throttling of specific activities which utilise PowerShell connections and is being actively investigated by the NHSmail Development Team.
