Approve/reject buttons missing from Distribution List requests

Issue description

We are aware of an issue which impacts Distribution Lists with 250 members or more. The issue may occur when a new member is added, or an existing member is updated. The approve or reject buttons will not appear as expected, thus preventing the Distribution List administrator from approving or rejecting any requests.

This issue is being investigated under PRB0163866.

If you are experiencing this issue please raise a request with the NHSmail Helpdesk (helpdesk@nhs.net) with below details:

  • Distribution List email address
  • Owner details
  • A screenshot of Portal where the approval and reject buttons are not present
