Issue description

The Teams group created via Portal does not appear initially in the client and can take around to 2-3 hours before appearing to the user. When the Teams group is created manually via PowerShell, there is no delay and the Teams group appears straight away.

Latest update and guidance

Microsoft considers this to be working as designed. There is no issue that Microsoft considers requiring a fix.
