Issue Description: Users are unable to install apps created with Microsoft Copilot Studio when using shared deep links in Microsoft Teams.

More info: Users may see that the app installed in Microsoft Teams, but the app install fails in the background and an error message is not displayed.

Current Update: 06/02/2026 09:05:00 AM Microsoft are continuing to address the internal errors that are delaying the deployment of their secondary fix and their remediation of the impact. Once the deployment has been able to be resumed, they will provide an projected timeline for impact being resolved.
