Issue Description: Some users may be unable to sync content from SharePoint Online into Microsoft Viva Learning Teams app
More info: Updates made to folder URLs added in the Learning app content repository or content from newly added folder URLs may not flow into Viva Learning.
As a mitigation step, users can take the following steps while copying the URLs for their folders.
For all the folders present in the Viva Learning list, please ensure that the folder URLs are copied with these steps. If for any folder the existing URL is not obtained like this, please replace the folder URL with the URL obtained by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to the site containing the folder, and click on the three dots next to the folder name
2. In the three dots menu, click on the “Copy link” option
3. Upon clicking “Copy link”, a dialog box will pop up. Do not try to restrict access by clicking on “Settings”
4. A link will be copied. The copied link should look like below:
Final Update: 21/11/2025 16:33:00 PM – Microsoft have successfully completed the backfill process for all remaining regions. They can confirm that the incident is remediated after a period of monitoring service telemetry.

Root cause: A recent code change to the site URL signature in Microsoft Viva Learning Teams app is causing impact to occur.
