Issue Description: Admins may be unable to see the list of policies they have created in the Communication Compliance portal.

More info: Additionally, admins may be unable to access or create policies within the Communication Compliance portal.

Current Update: 08/05/2025 08:55:00 AM – Microsoft’s previous communication indicated that they have reverted the affected infrastructure to a previous build. After further review, they are assessed that they are in the process of reverting the impacting update on the affected infrastructure, which is expected to be completed by Monday, May 12, 2025. They are monitoring the update reversion process to ensure it completes as expected and will subsequently review telemetry to validate impact remediation.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent update to improve the Communication Compliance portal functionality has caused impact.
