Issue Description: Users” time zone and work hours may not be appearing on their profile card in the Microsoft Teams.

Current Update: 25/04/2025 09:26:00 AM – Microsoft are anticipating that the deployment to the remaining affected infrastructure will be complete by Monday, April 28, 2025.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to view time zone and work hours on profile cards in the Microsoft Teams desktop client may be impacted

Root cause: A recent service change designed to improve the language translation function introduced a regression that’s causing impact.
