Description: We are aware of an issue where end users trying to create a new SharePoint site, having selected the appropriate template to use, are greeted with the error message “this template is no longer in use”. Our investigation shows that all SharePoint site templates in the NHSmail tenant have been unexpectedly removed; this is not something we have direct control over and so an urgent ticket has been raised with Microsoft to investigate and resolve.

Updates will be provided as soon as more detail becomes available.

Current Update: 05/09/2022 14:14:00 PM – A Severity B ticket has been raised with Microsoft and NHSmail engineers are ready to engage and support as required.
