Issue Description: The NHSmail Team are aware of an intermittent issue relating to emails being blocked when sent to Microsoft domains including Hotmail, Outlook and Live.

Business Impact : Users may receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) and be unable to successfully send email to a Microsoft domain.

Final Update –17/02/2022 04:52:00 PM: After a period of close monitoring by the NHSmail Team, no further occurrences of issues have been identified regarding email delivery to Microsoft domains. The NHSmail Team have now confirmed the incident as resolved.
