Issue Status: RESOLVED

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue with some users being unable to use send.nhs.net.

Business Impact: Users are unable to connect to/use send.nhs.net to send/receive email.

Final Update – (04/06/2021 12:22 PM) : After a period of successful monitoring and no further issues relating to the send.nhs.net functionality being reported to the NHSmail Helpdesk, the issue has now been resolved.
